Rule 1 — context first, template second

Every automated email should pull from a fact about the recipient that wasn't in your form. AI helps by surfacing public signals — recent posts, role changes, company news.

Rule 2 — one specific ask, never two

The more flexibility you give the recipient, the less likely they reply. "Want to chat?" is two questions. "15 min next Tuesday at 2pm?" is one.
