Pricing honesty as a strategy.
Why we publish every price, every plan, with no \"talk to sales\" wall — and what it has cost us so far.

Most CRM companies hide their enterprise pricing behind a "contact sales" form. We publish ours: $99/seat/month, on the same page as the $0 plan.
Why
- **Buyer respect.** A buyer who has to call us to learn the price is paying for our sales process, not our software.
- **Sales velocity.** Visible pricing pre-qualifies. The buyers who book a call are ready to talk.
- **Trust compounds.** A team that hides pricing is signaling that the price is negotiable based on how nervous you look.
What it has cost us
A small fraction of high-end procurement deals where the buyer expects a haggling motion. We have learned to lean into that: every customer pays the same price for the same features, and that is the deal.
What it has earned us
Mid-market buyers who tell us they evaluated us last because we were cheaper than the alternatives — and chose us first because the demo answered their questions instead of theirs.
